MoKa is a francophone electro-pop duo composed of two wild and dynamic musicians. Marie-Anne Tessier and Jeanne Gagné met while studying music at Cégep Marie-Victorin. They explore and mix different styles to create an atmosphere of their own. Marie-Anne and Jeanne were already in the music business before they founded MoKa in early 2018. Combining their experiences lead to the creation of groovy electronic francophone music filled with catchy melodies. Seemingly sweet and light, their songs carry a lucid and sometimes bitter reflection, a bit like a mocha coffee... half coffee, half chocolate.
